Stay Terms and Conditions

We want all guests to be able to enjoy their stay with us, so have kept our terms and conditions to a minimum. We ask that you follow the simple noise rules so that we can continue to provide an amazing stay experience for future guests, and maintain a peaceful country life for our neighbours.

On booking, please submit the name of the guest who will be the primary contact for your stay, with correct contact information. We require that guest to be staying at the property during the dates selected, and that you let us know if there is someone else who will be staying in their place (i.e booking for a friend/relative).

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We have the right to refuse/cancel any booking, when the legal guardian is not present on arrival, or does not stay at the property for the duration of the booking.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Bookings can be made directly with us via email/phone, our online booking platform, or our social media. Any quote received and not secured with payment at the time of quoting is valid for 48 hrs only. 10% deposit is due at time of booking, payment for your stay must be made in full 14 days prior to your arrival (unless discussed with us directly) or we have the right to cancel your reservation.

Please note that unless booked directly, and discussed prior to your arrival, we do not accept cash payments.

Larger deposits may be required during peak periods, or holiday seasons due to booking demands.
